Every saying of every scholar is not final in matters of deen

Any Muslim who is a true seeker of guidance must follow Quran and hadith without any objection or reservation.It is the duty of sincere scholars to convey the message of Allah and His Rasool salal laho aliehi wasalam without tampering the real message moreover it is not allowed to add or delete some thing in the matters which have been decided by Allah swt and His Rasool salal laho aliehi wasalam.

Every saying of every scholar is not final in matters of deen .Only those sayings and writings of scholars are to be followed which are proved from or are in accordance with Quran and Sunnah of His last Rasool salal aho aliehi wasalam.

In matters of ijtehad where there is silence in Quran and Sunnah a scholar can give his opinion in light of evidences from Quran and Sunnah .His opinion however is not sacred like words of Quran and Sunnah and every seeker of knowledge has right to differ with the opinion of that scholar in light of stronger or proper evidences.

May Allah guide us to the right and straight path and make us able to follow Quran and Sunnah Ameen.
